Day 5

After Breakfast Check Out From The Hotel And Proceed To Granada. On Route Visit Puente Nuevo – Ronda Bridge. The Puente Nuevo Means “New Bridge". The Construction Of The New Bridge Was Started In 1759 And Took 34 Years To Complete. The Foundation Of This Enormous Bridge Is Made Of Local Rocks; The Whole Bridge Is Made Of Stone. The Puente Nuevo Has A Smaller Centre Arch Where The River Passes Through, Supported By Another Arch. In The Upper Parts Are Some Rooms That In The Past Were Used As A Prison. On Both Sides Of These Are Two Arches That Support The Structure That Holds The Street On Top. Later, Drive To Granada. Granada Is A "The Moorish Jewel". Granada Is One Of The Pearls Of Spain, Most Visited By Tourists From The Entire World. The Long-Time Capital Of Moorish Andalusia Has To Offer The Most Important Reminds Of This Epoch In Spanish History, With The World-Famous "Alhambra" At The Top Of The List. It Is A Palace And Fortress Complex Located In Granada, Andalusia, Spain. The Eighth-Century-Old Site Was Named For The Reddish Walls And Towers That Surrounded The Citadel. Alhambra's Last Flowering Of Islamic Palaces Was Built For The Final Muslim Emirs In Spain Moorish Poets Described It As “A Pearl Set In Emeralds,” An Allusion To The Colour Of Its Buildings And The Woods Around Them. Alhambra Is Now Used As A Walk Able Museum And Declared World Heritage Sites By UNESCO. We Will Also Visit The Generalife, The Name 'Generalife' Means 'Garden Of The Architect'. After Breakfast Proceed On A Half Day Excursion To Montserrat Mountains Where You Will Visit The Royal Basilica Of Montserrat With Its 12th Century Carving Of The Black Virgin. The Cable Car Runs From A Lower Terminus Adjacent To The Montjuïc Park Upper Station Of The Montjuïc Funicular, And Climbs Higher Up The Montjuïc Hill To A Terminal Near The Montjuïc Castle On The Summit Of The Hill. From Where You Will Be Able To See The Olympic Stadium And Sant Jordi Palace. Later, Drive Back Barcelona On Arrival Proceed To Visit The Magnificence Of The 14th Century Gothic Cathedral, The Unfinished Glory Of Gaudi's Controversial La Sagrada Familia .
