Itineraries

Day 1

Once you arrive at the Kathmandu airport, meet our representative and get transferred to the hotel. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Sleep overnight before embarking on a sightseeing tour of this city. Kathmandu is the capital and the largest city of Nepal.

Day 2

Post breakfast leave for visit to Pashupatinath Temple (it is to be noted that non-Hindu tourists are not allowed inside this temple, but they can enjoy the outside view from the opposite bank of Bagmati River). Later, head to Bouddhanath Stupa, which is a popular Buddhist temple. This stupa is a 36 m high as well as one of the oldest in the country. In the evening, come back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3

Post breakfast proceed for a day excursion to Patan. The town, also known as Lalitpur, is the second largest region in the Kathmandu valley. The highlights of this place are beautiful wood and stone carvings, ornate architecture, metal statues and temples. Visit its Durbar Square that comprises palaces, temples and courtyards, which were built during the Malla period. Later, head for Tibetan Refugee Centre, which is popular for its carpet factories. You can get / buy finest varieties of carpets from here. It also produces handicrafts like wood and metal prayer wheels. Lastly, proceed for Swoyambhunath, which is an ancient Buddhist shrine. The golden spire of the Swoyambhunath Stupa is situated on a hilltop. Post visit drive back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4

Enjoy breakfast, check-out of the hotel and drive to Nagarkot, which is a small town set amidst the Himalayas. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and relax. Later, proceed to enjoy panoramic views of the major peaks including Mt. Everest is the main highlight of this place. The sunrise and sunset over these snow-covered peaks is a commendable sight, which must not be missed. After spending a beautiful day, get back to your hotel and relax overnight.

Day 5

Post breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive back to Kathmandu Airport to board your return flight with romantic memories spent in Nepal. Tour ends.
